About the Project
The Works include a CAT B fit-out of 65,000 sqft across levels 6 and 7 of 60 London Wall which comprises open plan seating, meeting rooms, boardrooms / conference rooms, tea points, booths etc.
Working to a fast-pace, The project consisted of high end exposed service installation of the following packages 192 new 4 Pipe (CHW & LTHW) FCU’s, Sprinkler Installations, BMS, Air-conditioning, Thermal Insulation, Lighting, Underfloor Power, UPS, trading power supplies and Fire Alarm systems.
Our M&E fit out of 60 London wall was a huge project in scale, with a project value of £9M across 65,000 Sqft, 2 floors working to a 26 weeks installation period.
