Project Scope
The scope of work completed includes the replacement of three 1330kw water cooled chillers, four cooling towers, and the replacement of a chilled water pump. A new low temperature hot water system was also installed, which includes a new package plant room that includes four boilers, primary and secondary pumps.
Additionally, three air handling units were refurbished, with new fans and motors, filters, heating coils, cooling coils, and heat recovery coils. New sectional air handling units were also installed, and four office extract fans were replaced. The building management system (BMS) control was upgraded for the existing plant and new installation in WC cores and new plant items.
