MCS have recently completed the CAT B fit out of Levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 of 100,000sq ft of office space at 1 Soho Place above Tottenham Court Road Station for a Private equity group. The project comprised of open plan and cellular workspaces, meeting rooms and breakout /collaboration areas, a fully catered cafeteria with a back of house kitchen and a feature staircase.
