MCS completed all MEP works from level 3 to basement at 10 Brock Street in London. Due to continual growth, Facebook acquired 4 additional floors within there current London office at Brock Street. The project consisted, installation of a new chiller to roof level utilizing a 500-tonne crane, installation of new LTHW & CHW pipework risers to 390 new FCUs, installation of 2 new AHUs and a kitchen extract system to service a fully functional commercial kitchen, installation of new underfloor power, lighting & provision for a full AV installation, all associated BMS, Fire alarm & Sprinkler works were also carried out as part of the works.
